Sales
Our only revenue generating business is advertising. Sales Account Executives are usually the highest paid employees, on a commission basis-often out-earning management!

Engineering
There is currently a shortage of qualified Broadcast Engineers!

Administrative

Office Manager: Accounting, bookkeeping & office supervision
Receptionists & Secretaries: general office duties

Management 

• General Manager: Coordinates all station activities, overseeing other department managers, with direct responsibility for financial, legal & marketing matters. Market Managers oversee multiple station clusters.

• Program Director: Coordinates all programming elements, from music to news/sports to station promotion.

• Sales Manager: Directs the advertising sales department. In large radio organizations, there may be several sales managers focusing on Local Sales, National Sales and General Sales management.

• News Director: Supervising reporters and anchors in news-intensive radio operations. In music-intensive stations, the ND is often the only news employee.

• Business Manager: Supervises all office functions and employees.
